  We all had a great time, nice relaxing location and very close to a well kept beach. I appreciated the fact there is no stale or musty smell ( AC worked great ) as in many other cottage country rentals we have had in the past. The nieghbours are soooo welcoming and there was parking for 4 large vehicles which made our Saturday guests feel welcomed. I would certainly recommend and plan to rebook before summers end. Two thumbs up for value, location and cleanliness.

  I stayed at this cottage with about 6 of my friends. We all had a blast it's very clean, warm and cozy inside, short walk to the beach and a nice little fire pit out back with lots of chairs to sit in. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely come back.

  Short walk to the beach, a bit small inside but has all you need but most importantly a great yard with a nice fire pit. Owners were nice and easy to deal with. Looking forward to going back this summer

  Great location. Close to Southhampton. Very clean and well kept cottage. The person that rents the cottage is great to work with.

  Beautiful Cottage! We had a great time! Close to the beach and a really nice fire pit for roasting marshmallows
