  I would just like to commend two fantastic gentlemen that work at the front desk; Scott and Eddy; Every single day I had to deal with either of them I always got a smile and a warm welcome from them, just like customer service should be. Both of them are attention to detail oriented, have an admirable capacity for problem-solving and excellent communication and support services skills. They create a professional and inviting environment offering outstanding support services for clients.
  
  
  
  I found out that Scott's contract is now just temporal; if anything can be done so he can work regular hours that'd be appreciated from all Swansea Town Hall customers who appreciate the value of a smile and a courteous treatment.

  Swansea Town Hall is Toronto's best kept secret! The staff are incredible and very personable! I highly recommend checking out Swansea Town Hall for all your event room bookings.
