unprofessional and extremely rude.
After being referred we booked time with Saffron Window Fashion Drapery & Blinds.
We waited for our 5 pm consult appointment and we get a call at 6pm from the sales person who was supposed to come meet us saying she's not coming because she doesn't think we will spend enough MONEY.

This recent experience with Saffron is our second. We were really pleased the first time with price, selection, quality and installation. This time, on different windows, mind you, Saffron outdid themselves. Ordered just before Covid19, the blinds arrived and Jessie and Davinder arranged installation in a safe and sanitary way that would even impress the Health Authority. Their product is perhaps more expensive than from the Big Box Stores, but we feel worth every penny.

I called for a service call on my Hunter Douglas applause shades with Powerview Remote which I had purchased a few years prior from another retailer. I spoke to Davinder, explained what my problem was and asked him a few questions about the Hunter Douglas motorization hub. We set up the service appointment for the following day.
He showed up with all the necessary tools, parts etc to completely resolve my problems. He brought two versions of the HD hubs with him, explained the differences and did a demonstration. I ended up purchasing the Gen 2 and he actually took the time out right then and there to completely program the hub to work with my network.
Saffron Window Fashions now have a new customer who would highly recommend them!response / report this review -

We walked in with window treatments for which we had no mounting hardware. Jessie couldn’t have more helpful!
She searched through literature and her stockroom to find ways to make the impossible possible, not by making a big sale, but by providing great customer service. As a result, we’ll return for professional service on other blinds instead of gambling on a DIY approach.response / report this review
