IME Appointments were available the very next day, location is close to subway, all the staff and doctors are extremely professional, polite and friendly. Waiting time at the location was minimal. The whole process is very organized.

I get nervous with needles and getting my blood drawn so the staff made sure I could lie down and was very reassuring. Website is fantastic, has all the details you'd need unlike some of the other panel physicians who you'd have to call for every single detail.

I arrived at the clinic at 9 AM on a Saturday and got everything done before 10. They'd ask you to give the urine sample immediately after intake, so don't arrive with an empty tank. The rooms are small and worn for what they charge, but the staff gets the job done fast. They'd ask you to scan a code and wait outside the building before they summon you by a text message and send a follow-up message asking you to refrain from contacting them post-examination. Whether this is bad or good customer service, I don't know, but it's indeed “hustle-free,” as promised.

The place is good and everything went so smoothly from receptionist to doctors.They do not waste time of their patients and accommodate with them accrording to the appointment times opted by the patients.Everyone working there is very professional.

Worst experience ever, I was on time and gave my urine sample too, Went down to check if my car parking was okay, just because i went down, they wanted me to reschedule the slot!! Choose any other provider with faster service. You will regret it for sure.
