Michelle and Becca have been wonderful. They go above and beyond to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. From testing to going over the results of the testing and making a decision as to the product that is best suited to you. They ensure that your hearing aids are functioning the way they should, including getting new moulds done if needed, and regular follow ups to make sure you are completely satisfied. When dealing with this wonderful clinic, you will be fully supported through the whole process and through regular follow ups.

Very impressive. Both Rebecca and Michelle went out of their way to make me comfortable and understand what was happening during testing. I am very happy with my hearing aides and recommend anyone with problems hearing to try Creekside Hearing.

I had actually attended to support a friend getting tested- and decided to also get tested when the opportunity arose- only to find that in fact learned I required a hearing aid! I cannot express the level of professionalism and kindness that I felt was provided by Rebecca and Michelle. From scheduling, to testing and follow up have been extremely well managed. I have felt so supported and informed throughout the process. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the care received. This has been a very impactful experience which has already impacted my well being immensely. I HIGHLY recommend everyone consider testing as I had thought perhaps I missed a few words here and there but had no idea how I have grown accustomed to hearing less in my day to day- I cannot explain the feeling of having an aid and what I have learned I had been missing. I also was surprised to learn about the options available to me - testing is covered so no charge- these aids are SO small and powerful- financial support and aftercare too! If you have found my review and are considering a test- this is the place to stop in as you will get great care and be directed in the best possible manner.

Becca and Michelle are wonderful to work with and made my experience at Creekside Hearing a lot of fun! I enjoyed the testing and walk through of the results, trying out some cool new hearing aids for the first time. I’ve always wanted better protection while playing my drum kit and ordered custom fitted musicians earplugs. I’ll be putting them to the test at a concert this weekend and at the rehearsal hall. Thanks again for the awesome service and products, ladies! 🦻🥁🧏♂️👏
