Ron Richards is absolutely the Best Mortgage Guy that I have dealt with! A few years ago, during a time of financial challenge, Ron was able to assist me with refinancing my home to eliminate other debt, when the “Big Banks” wouldn’t help me.
Recently, I turned to Ron again, for assistance in obtaining a better mortgage interest rate. Ron has the knowledge and contacts to find a good lender that is suitable for your situation. Ron also makes it easy! He fills out the application after sifting through all the required documents and guides you through the process. After that, all that you must do is provide a signature! Last week I signed off on a new mortgage with a lower interest rate, thanks to Ron.
Ron arranged an appraisal for my home and set me up with an amazing lawyer to finalize the deal! The lawyer’s office took care of getting me set up with the TIPP (Tax Installment Program Plan) for monthly deductions to pay property taxes. Again, only a signature was required because the forms were completed and submitted, for me!
Throughout the process, on both occasions, Ron provided attentive direction and followed up with personal phone calls, emails and text messages. I was always assured that he was available at any time, for assistance or concerns, and that held true! All my calls and messages were responded to either immediately or very quickly!

Ron has arranged two mortgages for my wife and I and we have been completely satisfied with his services. He has been readily available to answer any of our questions with his vast knowledge and experience. We had peace of mind knowing that Ron was working hard to ensure that we got the best rates available. We would definitely recommend his services to friends and family!

Ron Richards, is one the best mortgage brokers in Calgary! He is highly experienced and knows what he is doing! He helped us to get a commercial loan within 2 weeks to consolidate all our leases. Not to mention he got us a very low interest rate too! He was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. I highly recommend Ron Richards for all your commercial loans!! Thank you again Ron!
