My wife and I decided that we were going to buy a trailer, and went to a bunch of RV dealerships and found some nice trailers that we thought we could go back to, but nothing stood out. The last place we went to was Vision RV where we met Brad Bychyk. He showed us about 5 trailers, and again, they were nice, but nothing jumped out at us. He had one more that had just came in so we looked at it, and my wife loved it so we bought it. The deal was really easy and stress free.

We took the trailer on our first outing a week later, and had some issues with it. When we got back from that trip (about 10 days later), Brad had everything set up for us and EVERY issue we had on the trip was looked at and resolved (and even 1 we were not expecting). Incredible customer service from all involved (especially Brad). If you are looking for a trailer and you want to make sure that you are WELL taken care of Brad Bychyk is the guy to go and see.

I would like to thank Jay for helping us with everything on the trailer. He has made it seem so simple.
Since we went out there to see Jack , Jay went with us on a walkabout to check everything out on a variety of units and he simplified our choices. Knowing what we were looking for.

His help was greatly appreciated.

We had a great sales lady Tracy and finance guy Ben easy to deal with and got everything done quickly. However I would only rate a 2 on the cleanliness of our trailer upon receiving it only thing done was the floors and they only were half fast clean. Spent 4 hours cleaning sawdust out of every corner and cupboards, dusting all the wood and replacing both toilet paper rollers as they were missing, vacuuming all the sawdust off the carpet area

Don reached out to us when we posted our trailer for sale online and saved us from the hassle of private selling. We had our listing up for about 1 week, nothing but tire kickers and sketchy people. Don came, saw our trailer, and made an extremely reasonable offer the 2nd day which we accepted. We dropped off the trailer in a couple days and Melanie was the General Sales Manager that handed us the cheque while telling us many many cool dealership stories. The entire transaction was painless to the point that was surreal!
