Thank you Darlene for the expert service to tighten my loose earring! How embarrassing it was when you simply pulled out a pair of needle nose pliers and squeezed those little loops on the backing tighter, at no charge. Even more so when I admitted I'm an engineer and never wondered about the purpose of the design. Made my day to enjoy a good laugh with you. Keep sharing that laughter!

I feel like because I'm younger I get blown off going into certain stores, but not here. Sam was very nice showed and allow me to try on some watches even though I told him I was just browsing. There was a really nice watch I liked but it was far out of my price range. He then gave me a crazy deal so I could afford it! I was blown away that he would give me such a deal, feel very blessed. So thank you Sam, appreciate you.

Came here to sell a piece of jewellery and was blown away by how personable and honest the woman we spoke to was. She forthcoming and knowledgeable about the value of the piece and offered a fair price for it. Just from looking around at the display cases, the jewelry here is beautiful and unique. Would definitely return!

I immediately felt comfortable with these people. The lady that works there is AAAAMMAAAZZING!!! She made me feel as if I'd known her my whole life. The gentlemen that worked there were also very nice. Transaction went so smooth. I'll definitely go back and I highly recommend this store. Thank you.
