I have been doing business with Natasha and her staff for a couple of years now. They are always so friendly and quick to help no matter what it is that I am needing.

Today's transaction with the branch was absolutely unbelievable!!!! I called into branch at 10 am this morning. Did up the application over the phone. A couple of emails and hours I had my loan emailed to me, and never left the comfort of my livingroom.

Big shout out to Jeff at this location I've had business with this location for a few years now and have dealt primarily with Jeff Jeff has gone over and above to help me out and to keep my expenses at a rate that I can afford He returns calls quickly and efficiently and is always a pleasure to speak withvery kind and professional, he listens and then finds the best options available to help the reason for the callas a walkin customer I find this location has a warm friendly atmosphere, staff are eager to help, and i can tell they are a great team and support each otherNatasha, Helen, two other friendly staff that i've crossed paths with beautiful, caring friendly ppl thanks easy financial, thank you Jeff for all your help, very much appreciated, Take Care, Stay Safe

Apparently complaints sent to the management at this location stay at this location, not forwarded to regional managers that make these decisions. Extremely poor customer service from Management. The staff is more than helpful.
