  We found what we thought would be a good replacement for our bathroom vanity fixture that was too dim. When we installed the fixture we ordered it was awful. Blue light, blinking. We uninstalled it. The receipt says you have 7 days to return. We went back and it was the weirdest experience. No one wanted to have to deal with us. They found the salesperson we bought it through and she was very reluctant to just give us a refund. Apparently the problem was with our dimmer switch. She claimed she would have mentioned that, but we know she did not despite the fact I said that if the fixture was too bright I'd just dim it. They did the refund less 25% restocking fee. I felt like I was taking back a puppy. I would not go back to this store ever again. I tried to give no stars but then you can't hit post.

  Went there last week to get lighting for our home. After going to virtually every place in Calgary, we came across this place! Lee was amazing, super helpful even though she was clearly handling 5 clients at once. Fantastic service and such a nice selection!

  My wife and I were the only ones in the store for almost half an hour one evening and no one came to help us, or even acknowledged us. We went back on a Saturday and the staff were busy as a Saturday goes but still completely ignored us. Would not go back or recommend.

  I was warned not to go here but I did not listen. Ordered lights for 3 different rooms. Paid extra to get it express delivered from the warehouse in Edmonton. Ordered at the beginning of May and did not receive until end of June. Had to call numerous times to find out what was going on. Always got the run around and a promise that it would be here next week and never did. Had to make 3 different trips to get what was needed. The customer service is poor.

  I went to this store on a Saturday looking for a sink, taps and cabinet handles. The salesman was less than helpful and today being Friday of the following week, I have still not heard back as to the availability on any of the above items. They printed me out a quote and I have found all these items at other stores for much less with better delivery times! The sales guy was lovely when he informed me that I would not be his first call on Monday because he had a few other appts. to deal with. I guess he got really busy pouring on his BS to all the poor unknowing customers that think Robinsons is a good, reliable company. I would never buy a single thing from this store.

  The sales staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. This is a stark contrast to the receptionist. She honestly made me feel as though she I was intruding on her 'quiet time' when I arrived to see my consultant. Robinson Lighting and Bath would do itself a great justice by changing the front line staff.
