The staff was very polite and friendly and helped me choose the perfect fruit to take home to my girlfriend I totally recommend this place over other locations just for the politeness , they genuinely care about their customer relationships

Came to pick up my order they locked the door after calling numerous times they finally pick up. when I got in they said they didn't have my container (hello kitty) that was suppose to be for my friends birthday. I looked over to a shelf and saw one isn't there one rigjt there I said. she told me to wait 10 mins . but I was there well over . I got the bouquet in a bag. the lady there did not handle the bag to me the string on the bag wasn't even attached while I almost dropped it.I am very unimpressed. when I took it out there was just mainly kale and the hello kitty pineapple shape are squash.only 3 strawberries are dipped. it's just sad and I don't even want to give it as a gift. horriable service.

Picked up some chocolate dipped strawberries and they were unbelievably good. They cost a lot, but it was worth it.

Shout out to Sam for the great service @ the edible arrangements branch in downtown Calgary. I requested to change my order last minute and she willingly and happily served me. Great customer service..thank you.

If you place an order with a balloon or any other additional items, make sure you call them a couple of times to ensure that they include it. My experience was that they did not include it - which was a huge disappointment esp because the reason i selected that arrangement was because a balloon was included in the price and I knew my friend would love it. Anyway, honest mistakes happen - but then the store owner shows me so much attitude when I make the complaint! Like where is the respect for customers?!
