Take your business anywhere but here! Nothing but overpriced junk. They sold us severely used washer and told us it was like new. Liars.

Horrific experience. Ordered a fridge got my tenant. I was told I would old get a call that day and it may be delivered. Never received a call. I called the next day. They said they wanted to deliver it on Saturday. I said no that was not the agreement. Then I was told between 5-6 that day. Called my tenant to make arrangements. Then ricks sppliances called and said between 4-5. Called my tenant so she could rearrange her schedule again. THEN THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! No calls nothingLeft a message on the machine asking what's going on. No return call! Called the next day and the person acted like nothing was wrong. Did not even care what they did. I said I want my money back. We will see if they even honour that. Thankfully I paid by credit card. Never again.

Bought a fridge from this business.
Was told that it was in full working order. Got it home and plugged it in after a 24 hour waiting period only to find that the fridge doesn't actually work. Only blows room temperature air.
Have called numerous times, over seven days, to have the issue fixed (all I want is a working fridge!) but nobody from the business is willing to call me back.

Bought a fridge and a dryer, both reasonably priced. They delivered free of charge and took the old junk away. So far nothing to complain about. Thanks.

Very Helpful guys!
my dryer turned up noisy last night, I called them in the morning and the guy game right away.He changed it's drum belt. Charged only for Service call and part with no LABOUR Charges!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Appliances are refurbished JUNK!!!!
Purchased a fridge 45 days ago, it broke down so we called and asked for someone to come repair the fridge. They informed us that someone would be coming the next day at 12 pm. We called the next day at 11am to confirm and were told yes he would be here at 12. At 1:30 we called again as no repair man showed up and we were inquiring as to where he was. That's when we were told he wasn't coming and couldn't come for 3-4 days.
We ended up phoning a reputable appliance repair shop, they came and looked at the fridge and said there is no hope for it. It was so poorly Mickey moused put together, that it is quite obvious there is a leak and the company we purchased it from was fully aware there was a leak as they did everything to try to "bandage" it so it could last maybe a month or two.
When asked where we purchased the fridge and we told him, he almost looked disgusted and said that RICKS APPLIANCE is known for this! They will sell broken equipment to in suspecting buyers and will not help you after it breaks down.
My husband went and phoned Ricks Appliance to see if something could be done as we have only had the fridge for 45 days and they literally would pick up the phone and hang up, they did this 7 times in a row!!! Tell me that's not the actions of a guilty man!!!! Finally they answered in the 8th call, gave us the "owners" phone number, 15 calls last night all would ring, and coincidently go to a voicemail that was full - probably of other pissed off customers!
I will be parking my vehicle outside Ricks Appliance with a big sign letting everyone know they are crooks and it is buyer beware!!!!!!!!!
