Stopped here to take cover from some crazy hard rain while cycling. Very nice.
Food is delicious and fresh. Great place to stop and have a bite to eat.
Used to go here as a kid all the time in the summer when visiting family. Have not been in 20 years. Visit was rather disappointing. Perhaps my memory is failing, or maybe it just was never as good as I remembered it to be.
Produce selection was less than expect, quality was lower than expect (a lot of rotten cherries in the basket. Wife ordered soup which proved to be mediocre.
We were going to get a big bag of corn but the quality of that looked poor (although that could have been due to our time of day, around 6:00pm)
In my memory this place was amazing, this visit was just mediocre at best.
Had a maple walnut I cream cone - so good. Purchased some peaches and cream corn just in season, sadly a couple of cobs not quite ripe enough. Yellow Barn is a great little market farm shop. Worth a stop and a shop!
Quality service. Thanks to Marge and Alex for their 30,
Plus years of service to make the yellow barn what it is today and give the new leasees a head start
Perfect spot for a quick stop to refresh with yummy homemade food, fresh fruits & veggies, & local treats. Very convenient during our long highway drive. Thank you!
Excellent little place to stop off of hwy 1. Food is great and has a little store with homemade veggies and meat.
It's great the foods amazing and cheap the staff are always kind and helpful the owners are great to have a chat with I would recommend it to everyone.
A restaurant, with hot food meals and good coffee. And also a fresh food market, too. Conveniently just of Hwy 1 east bound.
Great food breakfast great produce fresh tasting great people friendly staff yes I highly recommend go visit for yourself you will like it
Great service,,,,,, there is better corn elsewhere sometimes but Yellow Fruit stand offers consistency !!
This place is well worth the small detour, great food with a rustic quality often lacking. Enjoy.
I live close by for 6 years now to yellow barn and while its not fine dining, I have always had fantastic service from all the staff and me and my family and neibours have eaten their many many times and is always Fantastic. The staff are personable and friendly, it's rustic, cute and above all unique. If you can't show a little kindness and patience while one lady is running the kitchen and cooking then you have no business being there.
