I have been here twice and the experience was amazing! The recognition was very thorough and took her time explaining about my baby. Was such a lovely experience! 10/10 would recommend Abbotsford location!

I just went here today for my third 3D ultrasound (we have done it for each of our pregnancies). The store was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The technician took her time and made sure we got to see everything that we wanted. Before the session was over she double checked to be sure we didn't want to see anything else. My only criticism is that it would've been nice to set up the online account before the appointment, to give family members enough time to log in and view the session live online. We felt a bit of a time crunch, and as a result had some family members miss out on viewing it live. I would suggest getting there at least 15-20 minutes early if you want to set up an online account and have family view the live broadcast. 😀

I had my appointment here this evening and the experience was great. All the staff were very friendly and it didn't take long to book our appointment either. Was a great experience, I would highly recommend this location.

I went to UC Baby with my pregnant friend for a 3D ultrasound. It was so cool to see the baby in such detail! Amazingly friendly staff. Overall great experience, would recommend!

We got the package for $99. We were very satisfied with the ultrasound, the images were very realistic and lifelike. The ultrasound session was about 30 minutes and we were able to see our baby in a variety of positions as well as find out the gender. The staff was very kind and helpful. We also got 2 printed pictures and many pictures given to us online. Excellent!

My wife and I were here yesterday morning and had a pleasant experience. Booking the appointment over the phone was easy, and they were flexible with appointment times. Staff was super friendly and the technician did a great job. We opted for the silver package. They threw in a few extra freebies (baby supplies), which are always great to help you figure out what you need (especially since it's our first).
My wife was provided with paper towels to wipe the gel off once finished. The technician captured 74 images. As long as I get several good ones out of all those, I'm happy. All in all, great experience. Will definitely be back for all of our future 3D Ultrasounds.response / report this review -

We have been 3D Ultrasound last weekend at Abbotsford location.It was really great experience for my entire family.Me and my husband were in the room and my parents were viewing on the internet Live Broadcasting. It was first time they saw my little baby girl! Technician was great and every single pictures were so clear. I would like to say thank you for your wonderful service.I will recommend UC BABY to all my friends.

Staff : quiet , not really talkative - makes experience awkward . Staff wearing street clothes . Jeans , t shirt .
Environment : small . 1 room 1 bathroom . Small waiting room . Temperature in the room is really warm - lack of air flow or no ac
Experience : had gone with the gold package . Was given a usb of images which included at least 50 pictures , however after going through them there is maybe 3 decent images only . This was disappointing - tech just rushed through it seemed because I have numerous pictures of simply the placenta and my insides only .
Was not given tissues, towel , or cloth to wipe off gel from stomach.

Like another person said they did their job but they have bland personalities.
I was really concerned about the sex and I had told them that and they skimmed over the sex and didn't explain what they saw and I still left with questions.
I was also told "wow they got over 70 images!"
When I looked through them, some of them were TERRIBLE and there were maybe 6 that I was ok with. I know it's not perfect but overall I was fairly disappointed.
We went to let's meet baby to reconfirm the sex and the lady was amazing.
A completely different experience. I would go there instead!response / report this review -

They did good enough work but the people had the blandest personalities possible and bathroom was disgusting and it's supposed to be kid friendly. I've seen nicer bathrooms and friendlier people in remote india!

Went with 1st child in 2013 and going again this year great, friendly staff and an amazing experience! Pretty pricy but worth it! I recommend the silver package! Thanks UC Baby!
