Disappointed with my experience at Dewdney Enterprises. Went there to find a replacement pump seal. They had the one I need - although their asking price ($35) was 2X to 3X the normal price. I ended up buying the seal for $22 at a pool supplier and if I wanted to wait, I could have got one for $10 online or from another supplier I typically use. I don't have a problem with someone making a profit but this place was trying to gouge me.

We went to this place as my mother in law was having problems with her water filter system. We ended up buying replacement filters while there and also arranged for someone to go to her place to fix the broken system. While we were there we dealt with Joyce at the front desk to buy all the replacement parts. She was extremely polite and friendly and helpful. Before leaving and after having decided that it would be best to have a professional repair they filter system we met Ray. Ray took the time to talk to us about the problem as well as he gave us suggestions on things we could do to fix the system ourselves. We decided to not try and fix it ourselves and Ray made arrangements to have one of his employees attend my mother in laws place to fix the system. We really appreciated the fact that Ray gave us suggestions on trying to fix it on our own and also appreciated him sending one of his staff out to fix the system. The plumber that showed up at my mother in laws was very polite and professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly and efficiently and between him and Ray were extremely reasonable on price.
