Faye was professional, kind, efficient and accommodating. We were in there to renew a driver's license and register two vehicles and three off road vehicles and she handled it all with finesse. Would highly recommend to all friends and family!

Everyone at Registry West is so helpful and patient! I come in to renew our fleet for our company and Marianne makes the process so easy and she does not waste any time! Marianne always greets me with a hello and knows my name which me feel like I am going to be well taken care of. She makes a boring process entertaining with her big and inviting personality. I cannot say enough good things about Marianne and everyone that works at Registry West. They are always my first choice!

I was just here not even an hour ago. I usually go to Callingwood registry, never had any bad experience with them but I thought I should try this one as it’s closer to my house. Service was fast. Not that it matters for a registry place but this one is clean. Staff who helped me could have been friendlier. She was an older lady. Didn’t bother to look at her name with all the sighing and cold demeanour. I guess cracking even a tiny smile takes too much for others nowadays. But then again it’s a customer service based establishment friendliness is still important. Cold but efficient service though.

Kels and this registry are a hidden gem in the west. Friendly customer and highly efficient service! Even picking up the phone in person was a novelty compared to an automated system. No line ups the day I went and they went above and beyond. Thank you for making a great registration experience, the little things will keep us coming back to this location. Highly recommend going out of your way to save time here!

Probably the best registry in the city. The staff are friendly, nice and always have a smile ready. The manager Faye is especially great to deal with. She has been in the industry a long time and is very knowledgeable. 100% would recommend this registry to everyone. I live on the north side but I will drive out of my way to do my business here.
