  Mac and Susan are very welcoming hosts and wonderful trainers. Their attitude towards their guests is great and the horses are calm and friendly. The location of the ranch has a spectacular view on the fields for horses, so this place is a great getaway from urban stresses.
  Me and my husband greatly enjoyed our 1st session and will definitely return for more. Will recommend in a heartbeat!

  Mac truly is a horse whisperer and he also happens to be a child whisperer aswell. my seven year old lives his horse riding three hour lessons and they are affordable. I have never seen such high quality instruction and horse care in every way. come and experience the purest in alberta, rocky Mountain , Western North American horse culture. it's very close to fantastic picnicking, camping and hiking in the area and Bragg creek with elbow falls a skip and a hop a way as well as skiing, golf and all the rich wilderness and business of the region. You can also rent a place to stay for groups or families on the site for various functions or art performances or whatever you choose to get folks together in an incredibly beautiful place with good good people!Yeah haw and yeah hooo I am so happy that Home place ranch exists a shining example of Ecotourism!

  Mac is an exceptional host. If you want a place to truly unwind and feel like you are living I would experience Homeplace Ranch. True western life experience.
