I have been seeing Dr Kilada for a few years now. I had a bad experience with my prior doctor and once I came to the regent primacy clinic and seeing Dr K and Dr Shafer and all the staff are amazing. Dr Kilada is thorough and really takes the time to go over everything. Highly recommend this clinic.

On Thursday, October 4, 2017 I arrived at 6:25 pm and the clinic was completely closed up and dark but the hours on the door say open until 7:00 pm. No explanation,no note on the door, nothing. Not very considerate for sick patients and no regards for them. Wasted my time. Glad they got home early but if you don't want to work the hours posted, change your hours.

Staff & doctors know your there, they know your sick and they are doing their very best for each & every one of you :)

Scrolling through the reviews, I realize nobody has made a recent, updated review, so here it is.
Coming to this clinic, I've had the pleasure of talking to many enthusiastic workers. The doctors are very kind and warmhearted. The staff upfront are friendly, and reasonable.
People complain about the long wait times, but its not due to poor planning, management, or incompetence. It is a WALKIN clinic! For the amount of patients that must come in per day, the staff is doing a great job.
Overall, the waiting times may be a little lengthy, but the quality of care you receive is astonishing. This isn't just a clinic. The infinitely

The reception staff are all really kind and accommodating, the doctors (Dr. Shaker and Dr. Kilada) are just incredible. I'm so glad this clinic is here, there is never more than an hour wait. Thank you to all the amazing staff!!

This clinic is horrible One fat lady whose name is Misbah smells very bad like she never had bath. No smile on her face and not even polite with patients, very rude to her staff. She doesn't know how to provide good customer service. I went to see the doctor but came back after talked to Misbah. In only 10 mins i judged this lady. I will never go to this clinic again. I won't recommend to anybody until she is there.
