Friendly staff but an easily avoidable mistake meant I waited over 45mins unnecessarily and was sent away at the end of it without any further work done.

People who work here are nice. Watch out for the auction. These are wrecked cars. There are people out there who buy them and try to sell as "gently used".

Very corrupt. Claimed my cars engine had no compression and offered me half it's value. I knew this wasn't true as it ran fine and with the compression figures they presented me with an engine would not even run. So I had a mechanic go to their premises and perform a compression test. And it turned out that they had not even performed a compression test so had given me made up results and the compression on each cylinder of my engine was actually perfect. Strangely they then promptly paid me out the correct value for my car and never said anymore about the incident. They cannot be trusted at all and I'm sure they have ripped off many vulnerable people. Typical of a government agency in this corrupt country.

It's where mpic hold the auctions for all the write offs. Mostly for the
    Body shop people.

Less than helpful when it came to dealing with my claim. I never got calls back from my adjuster, needed to call numerous times. I found that they were not helpful and rude.

The workers on the phone are helpfull, the claims yard is laid out pretty good. The building layout and signage can be confusing, more so with the construction.
Myself and several people I know have had items stolen from vehicles in compound before we could get them. They tell you to claim your stuff as soon as possible and claim no responsability for contents like a mall parking lot, but considering it is fenced and has security cameras and personal, that is b.s.
So, if you end up in the hospital, or it's a long weekend when your vehicle is towed in good luck. Most tow truck drivers will list everything they can on the form.

The MPI physical damage compound is pretty well laid out - the signage is good for getting you to where you need to be.

Less than helpfull came in with a vehicle that had been safetied with a rotten frame instead of getting the dealership to repair it correctly.i was told the vehicle standards looks for the "Minimum requirments" and then told me about the hundreds of dollers in repaires required.
