From day one we've had nothing but great service from Olympic. Having done a few big projects in the past year from building a deck and building a fence, customer service was always front and centre. And knowing how busy a salesman can get in the busy season, answers were always given in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Olympic Builders as these guys are the pros!

I've been a loyal customer of Olympic for years. Whether I've purchased an entire garage package or just stopped in for a box of screws, I'm always treated the same, as a valued customer. From reception to sales personal to delivery drivers, they're professional and courteous. Very highly recommended.

Excellent experience from start to finish, their showroom really made it easy for my wife to see the product in a grander scale than just a little piece of display and Shawn and the team at Olympic were able to help me through my deck build with ideas on the design, and suggest great contractors to help with the build of my deck. Quotes were returned within a week as promised and quality of lumber that was on site had my contractor really happy and made his installation easy. Would highly recommend Olympic to all looking for good service and a quality product for their deck needs.

Brutal These quys are arrogant and very unhelpful Was told I would receive a deck designs and quote within a week I have never heard back from the service associate My Father was treated with the same service (none).. If you want true service and great advice go see Gord at star lumber. The guys there are true professionals

Go in with the size of deck you want pick your materials, colours, rail, wait a little less than a week and they will have a quote for all of you materials including screws.

We built our massive deck over the summer using Olympic and it was relatively hassle free . Their designers offer a lot of information with regards to the project and were always willing to put their 2 cents in.

A frustrating experience. We provided a $100 deposit to have them provide a deck design. It took an extremely long time before we saw a proposal, which was very basic (a square deck, replacing our old square deck, in the same location). I repeatedly tried contacting the designer to discuss the proposal (email, voicemail) My messages went unanswered for over two weeks. When we finally managed to arrange a meeting, our designer had forgot that we were coming and for what purpose. At this point I discussed my frustrations with the General Manager, Marcel Pelland and advised that I would like a refund. I was told that because I did not have the receipt for the deposit, he could not grant me a refund, only a store credit. I grudgingly accepted this..only to never receive the credit! Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

The service was not great, they are not interested in the satisfaction of the customer, and they take forever to get back to you when you've come to them with an issue of a product that they sell. They are the middle man who takes no responsibility and just go by what was signed off. I would not recommend this place to people who are do it yourselfers
