We had purchased the Knapbag from the 2017 K Days in Edmonton. Prior to purchasing we were advised that if we needed any warranty, we would be able to contact Redfern and get the warranty completed there, etc. and it was located in Calgary so would be really easy process. Well, one of the knapbags as a tear in it and we emailed Redfern to be told that we need to contact the manufacturer which is completely the opposite of what we were told at KDays. When you email them back and call, you only get to leave a voicemail (I have yet spoken with a live person). On the recording, it indicates that fastest response is through email yet we have not received any response. What a horrible company that has no customer service whatsoever! What is the point of the sales people telling us to keep the receipt so that we can show it to Redfern when they just redirect you to the manufacturer?!?! We'll be advising Stampede and KDay coordinators about the lies this company tells people at the fairs to get a sale and then leave them high and dry in regards to warranty and customer service. Extremely disappointed!

They stole money from me. Point blank.

I bought a showerhead at a home and garden show. Paid for a sprayer attachment which I was assured I would receive by mail no later than the following tuesday (bought it on a friday). It's been a month now. No sign of it. Multiple emails and phone calls have been completely ignored.

DO NOT do business with these people.

Oh and I emailed the address they commented below. Two weeks later now and still no reply. Can't make this sort of thing up, lol.

I have purchased a number of products from Redfern enterprises and all of them from Euro Steam Iron, Euro Mop, Euro charger all have over exceeded me and my wife's expectation. The products are great value and very durable.

I need information and not sure if I am in the right place. its about a iqXtreme vac I purchased at the Home and
garden show in Edmonton. can you help me as to where to put in a complaint. This vac is terrible and does not pick up anything but small dust bunnies and pet hair. The demo showed it picking up rice and other small goodies and its BS

I have had a 2 in 1 Hand Stick Vac [CT-449AC-1] since January 2015. I use it every day on a hardwood floor and two throw mats in the kitchen. I did have to contact Redfern on one minor occasion earlier in the year, staff answered my e-mails promptly, their service was prompt, they were courteous and most informative. Their service was absolutely exemplary as was their courier service! The vacuum still works beautifully - keep the filter clean always. I don't know where all this negativity is coming from in the reviews. I'm a happy customer!!!
