Although they have a huge selection I've gone in twice for about half an hour both times and have yet to have a sales person acknowledge I was even there.

Daughters bus broke down close by the store. The staff show great kindness letting them come in and infact gave them a space to do homework while they waited for a ride. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

Great selection of lights and they did advise they could order me anything I was looking for. Staff were helpful. We bought a ceiling light for my daughters room from here and when installing it we discovered some of the crystals were missing and some were damaged, when I went back to the store they replaced them no problem even though it was a clearance light fixture.

Horrible experience at both locations staff is rude they could care a less if any customers are in the store for 30 mins do not expect anyone to even make eye contact all to busy to even to answer a simple question! I guess the economy has not effected them and they do not have concern themselves with customer service! We will never go back to either location!

Made appointment, selected lighting, then never heard anything back. Called the store and left a message for sales rep Jamie to see if there was a problem with my email address--my message was never returned. On the other hand, Cartwright met with me with no appointment and sent me a quote the same day.

Terrible customer service. I needed two bathroom sconces. I told the lady what I needed when i walked in and she just pointed in the direction. None of the items are labelled with specification, so after 10 minutes I went back to ask for help. When she found out i needed the sconces in 2-3 weeks, she became visibly annoyed because she could see it meant she was going to have to spend time checking stock. I started pointing to possible models for her to check, but she just gave me a look like "this is going to be a lot of work" and couldn't even be bothered to grab a pen and piece of paper. Totally different experience at Cartwright, which is just a short drive away. The staff at Cartwright went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful. Take your business elsewhere - these people just don't care enough to hire staff who give a damn.

It's a really high end lighting store. While this does mean high end prices it also means high end service and the folks at Carrington don't disappoint!

February 1, 2017 I have always received good service when I'm in need of their bulbs. However, I have never been there when the store is busy.

Kinda pricey, but the gentleman at the front was very helpful to order the lights that I requested, even though they were discontinued by the manufacturer. Don't ask for help from the lady at the front - she's downright miserable, unfortunately.
