I had my front yard landscaped changing from conventional grass to xeriscape including a lot of earth moving and construction of a retaining wall. This meant my 30 year old irrigation system was partly destroyed and needed to be reconstructed. Next Rain has been doing winter blowouts for me for years so I asked them to take charge of the reconstruction. This require collaborating constructively with the landscaping company whose owner says Next Rain was a pleasure to work with and are very professional and knowledgeable.

When it came time to reconstruct the irrigation system, the technician Geordie showed up early one morning and worked diligently for about half a day to get things working. The ground was wet and muddy and in a short time so was Geordie but he worked competently and without taking a break that I could see. Towards the end of the job he had to come into the house to test the computer control and he made the effort to clean up first and wore a mask. He also left me with hand written instructions for the reconfigured system. Geordie was focused, worked hard, and did a good job while observing the proper precautions for coming into the house.

Like most businesses, Next Rain asked for this review before I've really been able to test the results (the landscaping is not yet done). Consequently the the 5 stars are for the competence, professionalism and apparent quality of the work while I can't comment yet on the longevity. That being said, I've no reason to doubt that it will last for another 30 years and my visual inspection of the drip lines before burial increases my confidence.

I had water leaking from a couple sprinkler heads. Replaced them and they still leaked so I figured the control valve was damaged. Called Next Rain on a Monday morning around 9 am. They were able to have a technician come out between 12-2. Got a call 5 minutes later and the tech could come almost immediately. He was personable and worked quickly to find the cracked valve and replaced it. It works perfectly now. Fast, efficient and friendly service. These are my go to’s now for my sprinkler.

I recently needed help with some underground lawn sprinkler maintenance. I had a faulty solenoid, and a leak. Next Rain's technician came and used a stethoscope to test the line, and replaced a valve and upgraded my solenoids within an hour. Excellent service! Shaun Frenette

I have used Next Rain to winterize my sprinkler system for the past few years. They have great service, technicians that are great to talk to, they properly flag my system so I know it is complete, and they are very fast and efficient. I will definitely be using them again this year.

We LOVE Next Rain! We have been using them for 5 years, and have only had very positive experiences with them. Their technicians have always been very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have used Next Rain for all of our system servicing and repairs, as well as start-ups and blow outs, and have also had them install a rain sensor and micro-irrigation. Recently when we had a repair on a broken line, the technician even helped clear out some tree roots that were close to the irrigation line that we hadn't been able to remove ourselves. We have been very happy with their service and wouldn't call anyone else!

Professional & courteous service. We bought a home that had an existing sprinkler system, this was our first experience with such a system and during the spring startup the technician was great about explaining the system to us. Winterizing is fast & convenient as it only requires booking an appointment online & ensuring you've turned the water off prior to the appointment.
