Poor product quality, poor service. A pair of boots lasted less than 6 months before they became unlaceable because of poor design. They won't back their defective products.

I tried to return a pair of redwing workboots 2 weeks after i bought them because of redwings 30 day no questions asked guarantee for a full refund and the lady told me that their policy ( redhart) is a comfort guarantee and that they can exchange them within 30 days. When i bought the boots 2 weeks prior the salesman told me that they followed the redwing policy. I then read redwings return policy directly word for word from their website and she said and i quote " but we are not redwing.. We are redhart"( the signs in their parking lot even say "redwing customer parking only" which makes her wrong in so many ways) she even told me that the salesman gave me wrong info even though i had shown her the official policy. Moral of my rant is , do not buy from them They are terrible with their customers!

Purchased a pair of boots from them. The soles of the boots started falling apart. Took them back to the store and they told me I was 8 days past the warranty and they would not do anything. This was the 2nd pair of boots that this had happened to me at the same store. So in two years spent 600 dollars in boots and they wanted me to pay more money to fix them. So no I will not shop there again. It is nice to see they do not back what they sell and only want your money. Not a good way to run a business

My experience here has always been positive. I'm in fairly often to pickup some items to help me maintain my boots, not a big transaction by any means, but I've always received helpful service regardless.

I would like to buy my husband a pair of boots for Christmas. I was begrudgingly helped by the 1 of 2 sales women (one was stocking the other helping a guy buy gloves and socks) she brought me 2 pairs that were different than the ones on the wall and continued to ignore me. $300 to be spent elsewhere. Beautiful footwear. Bad service.
