  Over the past 4 years I have taken all my branding needs to the team in Langley. Shirts, Toques, Hats, etc. They have always turned out great products and have always met my tight timelines.

  The Team down at Instant Imprints is great!! I have just started my own business and went to them for some embroidered hats and have been back to order many more since. I have also had a 10'X 10' canopy branded by them , It looks awesome!! Definitely give them a call if you need anything done. Dennis Quiring

  Just starting out as a new business owner and in need of some advertising products, as well as wanting to support a local business, I found Manj and Nick and the staff at Instant Imprints to be extremely friendly and helpfull in getting all the products I needed to get my own business started.
  They helped me with everything from my uniform embroidery, decals on my service vehicle, and advertising literature, id bagde and business checks. As well as helpful tips that I can use in my own business development.
  Instant Imprints has been extremely helpful with every request I have made and at a reasonable cost. I have not been disappointed with any of their service or product, and would highly recommend them for any of their services.

  Had a custom logo printed on a couple hoodies and they turned out great! Service was great and we got the sweaters fairly quickly.

  Received very poor service from this company
  Completed work in Manj Sidhu's yard on April 18 ,in exchange for cash and printing services. The agreement was to make some signs for me as well as a cash payment. On Apr 18 2016 I went to her store in Langley and on the computer she showed me the layout for my signs looked great, also i ordered 2 profit baseball hats and paid for them in cahs ($30). Was told my signs and hat would be ready in a few days never heard a peep.
  Texted Manj Sidhu on May 3 2016 to her personal phone which I had been using for to get a hold of her, up until this point she would answer usually within an hour Never heard a peep. Tried calling 2x and left a voice mail Never heard a peep.
  Texted/Called on May 5 2016 , never heard a peep.
  Called the shop directly and spoke with her husband who advised me my signs would be completed by the end of the week. Was contacted by Manj Sidhu later that day claiming she lost my original layout for my signs and instead sent me some lame replacement that didnt even look the same.. at this point my frustration level was getting high and decided to just accept it , get my signs and stop having to stress out.
  Picked up my signs at the prescribed time , but when I asked about my hats she said "sorry they came in but I had to use them on another project." And would call me when she had them Never heard a peep
  At this point I already wasted enough of my valuable time chasing this lady around so decided to chalk it up as a loss ($30 for the hats) and move on with my life.

  After not hearing a peep for months a call came into my phone, it was from Manj Sidhu. Great! my hats I thought but instead stated she was looking for someone to do more yard work. (this lady had some nerve). Not wanting to be rude nor subject any of my collegues to this level or frustration and anger I politely told her to try craigslist. Asked about my hats ? She replied " Oh yeah, Ill call u when they come in". To this date havent heard a peep.
  Will never deal with Manj Sidhu or Instant Imprints in Langley ever again and would not recommend them. They flat out ripped me off.

  I had a great experience here yesterday. I didn't think they'd be able to create the banner I was looking for using the PDF's I had, nor did I think they'd be able to complete the work in the timeframe I needed it in (same day). Miraculously, they created a perfect banner and did so in a matter of hours. Although I had only visited the store based on the fact that I was driving by, I will now ensure that the team here gets all my future work.

  We ordered with this printing company for our TOLMUN conference and the service we received was incredible! Even though our order was last-minute, Nick helped us and put in over 4 hours of extra work (without charging us extra) to help with the formatting. They had everything ready on time, and the prices were super reasonable and affordable, especially considering the amazing level of service and effort we received.
  Would definitely recommend this printing service and highly commend all the workers (especially Nick) for all his hard work and dedication!
