Introduced to A-Pro about 9 months ago. Lloyd, Melanie and the rest of the team are awesome folks. They have ALWAYS been prepared to go the extra mile on my behalf. Customer service and satisfaction is definitely priority one at A-Pro. Great work at a fair price!

These guys are pretty awesome.
I've gone to a few of the other shops around Langley and none of them quite have that customer focus that these folks have. They are straight shooters and good folks who listen to their customers and they try their best to provide the best value every time I visit.

Excellent customer service: friendly, knowledgeable, take responsibility backing up their work do not lie if they don't know. Only issue is they go through Lordco that has ridiculously expensive parts (A-Pro does not control). They have looked after my vehicles for 8 years now.

If I could give A-Pro 6/5 stars, I would. When I was studying and living in Langley while my parents lived on the Island, I knew I could count on A-Pro to give me advice, see my car on short notice, and help me out in crisis situations. My parents love the A-Pro team, and have often expressed how thankful they are that A-Pro is looking out for me and my safety. Now, as a new grad working in the area, I still rely on A-Pro. I know I can give Melanie a call at any given moment, and she is always eager to listen to me, give me advice, take my car in on short notice, and follow up with me to make sure all is still running smoothly. The team at A-Pro is phenomenal at trouble shooting, and I always feel safe going back on the road when my car has been in their hands. These are good, honest people, and they treat me with fairness, respect, and kindness. Thank you, Mel and the A-Pro team!
