Had a Python system that was creating multiple electrical issues (remote entry, backup camera, speakers, stereo) that my Toyota dealership and Visions said they couldn't help with. Toyota told me it would be $1500 to replace stock radio and that the radio was shot. Krank'd guys figured out the problem was due to an amp issue and got 3/4 of my systems running again (they don't program Python, so couldn't help with that) with a couple of hours of labour. Very happy I took my truck to these guys instead of the dealership or Visions. Will be back with further work.

Had a car alarm in my vehicle that wouldn't allow me to start the vehicle. Called this business and asked if they uninstalled alarms in vehicles. I was extremely happy when they said, "sure, not a problem". I made an appointment, towed the vehicle there and two hours later they called me to come and pick up my vehicle.
I was surprised at the price they charged me. I thought it would be higher. I was thrilled! They are professional and judging by the fairness in the bill amount, I believe they are very honest as well. Highly recommend!

I remember this place being better..
It was like pulling teeth getting an installation quote. To hear $750 for 2 speakers, an easy deck swap, amp/sub, I nearly contracted audible aids of the ear canal.
Schedule seemed busy though so good on them.
I'm enjoying the process of doing it myself this time.

Came here based on Carla Peck's review that Visions down the street was awful to her. Since I had been to Visions in Langley several times with the same experience I thought trying a local shop would be better. I walked in and let the guy at the desk know I wanted a back up cam set up. He quoted me for an integrated system and then answered a call, then ignored me while I waited for him to go over other options and he took another call, sat on the call for about 15 minutes while I looked around the shop (not much to look at) and then said that he couldn't give me a price for parts only I get it. You're a small shop, but installing a back up camera in a kit isn't rocket science. You make money off install not parts, but business is business. Got what I was looking for at Visions (with a deal) and installed myself. Would probably not come back here just based on service alone.

Had a horrible experience at Visions around the corner. Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. After install wasn't working quite right from them they quoted aprox $500 to fix issue.

Called Chris at Krank'd and he was able to fix the issue (as well as a few others that had either never worked or weren't installed correctly at Visions which they had said would cost another $70 to fix) quickly and at a significantly lower cost.

Extremely happy with his expertise and level of customer service. Will never go anywhere else.

I called for Install GPS Tracker for my car . I asked Pat . He said we can install GPS Tracker and program on the computer. . He Install GPS Tracker .
They did not program on the computer. Owner said we Don't do it.
Why pat said we do all the program.
I took my car home . they mixed up all the wiring.
I have to take to Langley Acura .
I have to pay Langley Acura $317.75. Krankd waste my money.
I am not happy there service. and Owner was very Rood to me

I have had three radio installs, a reverse camera, and sub and amp installed on my cars here, and every single job was done beautifully.

Everyone there takes care in their work and they really helped me out when upgrading too! Totally recommend

5 Stars all the way. Would have given then 10 if I could.

Flew to Vancouver to buy a car and it needed a new head unit. I showed up late in the day without an appointment because I would be departing early the next day. Despite being fully booked they went out of their way to fit me in.

Install was super quick!! And very clean. I can recommend these guys any time.

Looking for a new car stereo, or got a car audio issue, or deck problem go see these Guys!!! They are two fellows with tons of experience {40 yrs combined experience, tons of knowledge in the business} and just did an awesome job fixing our car audio deck issue. July 2016-- We're going on a long trip, and with 2 young kids in the back we needed our deck fixed. I had a referral from our Mitsubishi dealer, and the lady over there recommended these fellows. They were excellent!!! I drove up and asked them to look at my deck; we booked a time. {they had 30 minutes later that day}. They did not charge me anything to have a look and give me a diagnosis. In 10 minutes they laid out my options for a fix, showed me the issues physically, and let me respond with how I wanted to proceed! Within the hour my audio deck was working, and I had music for our upcoming rode trip with my kids!! Picked my 6 year old up from camp that afternoon you should have seen the big smile on his face as he bopped to Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the feeling "!! I'm a happy mom, looking forward to listening to our road trip drive. Thank you Krank'd Car Audio!! See you again on the next vehicle!!

Awesome experience. Came in spur of the moment and was out an hour later with four great new speakers in my Honda Civic, despite the fact that it was a busy Saturday. Friendly and helpful customer service. Far better prices than any of the local competitors I'd been given quotes from. Highly recommend this place.
