  I cannot say enough words about my amazing experience with Katherine. She is an absolute pro and the best at her job. She has the best customer service and does her absolute best to reply promptly to any questions and updates to the process. We didn't know if an approval was going to happen but with her absolute extensive knowledge on what to do to give the best chance we were able to make it happen. We took possession of our first home today and I truly believe without her it wouldn't have happened. She is a straight shooter and is so amazing at her job. She also recommended a great realtor and Lawyer and guided us through every step of the process. Thanks so much Katherine, you are the best!!

  If you are looking for a mortgage broker, I highly recommend Katherine Meadows-Fugere. I decided to switch to mortgage brokers and found Red Deer Mortgage Lending, after looking at the reviews I seen great things about Katherine and decided to contact her. I am so happy I did. Katherine was responsive, honest and had my husband and my best interest in mind through out the process. The overall process took about two weeks, I never had to reach out to Katherine for an update she always messaged me. We are from BC and we plan to use Katherine again for our next purchase!   Knowing Katherine personally and professionally, it’s easy to say she is very passionate about her work and puts her customers first in every way. I have used her for both life insurance and my mortgage and she has helped me through the entire process, to make it s smooth as possible and to help me understand everything along the way. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend her or Cheryl for a mortgage or any life insurance needs.

  My husband and I met with Katherine in the process of looking at buying our own home. She was reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuine. We experienced a level of commitment and professionalism from Katharine in this process that I am sure any of her clients would attest to.
