My family and I have been shopping at Ralph’s since I was a kid, and this year I began working with their team to create a series of videos. My experience as a shopper has always been incredible and now getting to know the team and family behind the market, I can say that they’re extremely genuine, hard working, and honest. I’m really looking forward to seeing the new market and all the great new offerings!

I have been picking up my fresh produce on a weekly basis from Ralph's for years but the moments I love the most are when I have my little granddaughter with me.She names the veggies & helps to bag them then when we are ready to pay for them there is one young cashier ( sorry but I do not know her name ) that always makes sure there is a Happy Face sticker ready for her to choose thank you for your thoughtfulness!

I LOVE Ralph's Farm Market! Every time I am in the Langley area I try to hit them up.
The fruits and veggies are always fresh, nothing worse than buying veg and it's spoiled a few days later. Not at Ralph's!
I love all the Healthy Food options too can't wait until the new store opens I am sure it will be even BETTER!

Overall not bad. Cashier's are friendly, but the stockers not as much. The oranges can be of better quality. I found a bee on an orange, and the young kid did the offer to take the orange away, he just walked away.

Will not go back here! All the produce was from the US nothing local and I'm a customer so you would think that the kid working the cash would at least acknowledge me instead of grabbing my stuff from the belt while she talks to girl working the other cash. Hey Ralph, pull your kids and do a quick lesson in customer service Rule #1 acknowledge and smile and say "hello". Start with the basics it will do a world of difference.

Overall great market and will likely be even better once the renovations are complete. Great ambience although current setup is a bit tight hence the renos.
