Don't buy from Kingma! We just purchased a new house built by Kingma Bros. On the surface everything looked great, and the price was affordable. We soon realized that they cut a lot of corners. All the drywall started cracking above the doors, and the nails were popping everywhere. We even had a wet spot on the ceiling below the upstairs bathroom. The concrete in the garage is sloping the wrong way so we have a huge puddle in our garage! I have no idea how the city passes their building inspections! We called Kingma right away, and they said they would send someone by to have a look. It has now been two months and repeated phone calls and no one has even called back. We are now faced with filing a lawsuit, or fixing it ourselves. This is a nightmare. Beware when buying from Kingma. You get what you pay for!!!
