I recently went back to tile town to update a bathroom that was done 8 years ago. They found the specific tile I had used and managed to get it again for me. The staff were very helpful and called me to ensure I understood the sealing process. Lobe them will go back for the next tile project.

I was a new customer to the Tile Town Surrey/Cloverdale store having struck-out at other tile & big box hardware stores. At Tile Town the staff are super friendly and helpful; plus I found a great selection of tile and supporting items: grout, sealant, Schluter systems and etc. With the help & expertise of Carol, Tile Town Design Consultant – I purchased Italian-made 8” x 24” porcelain tile with a textured finish: the contemporary modern style looks so awesome on my fireplace surround. I would highly recommend the Surrey/Cloverdale Tile Town store and staff. Here's a photo - but it's work-in-progress!! Sealant still needs to be done

Came in as a new homeowner wanting to renovate my house on my own. Based on previous reviews I thought this was the place to go to, but I was WRONGLY mistaken. Very rude and unprofessional. I received no advice or help in choosing my tile.

I can't say enough about the Staff at the Surrey Location. They are so friendly, helpful and professional but best of all they have amazing colour consulting ability. Don't hesitate to ask their advice. My kitchen tile and fireplace tile were purchased here and I"ll post a pic once my reno is completed and my home clean.

I would highly recommend Tile Town Surrey for their quality and large selection of products for any home renovation or if you are building your own home. Most importantly is the staff service ! With renovating my kitchen and updating my fireplace, I experienced a number of delays and problems. Carol and the staff were always there to help resolve these concerns, provide suggestions and go above and beyond to help me work within my timelines and suggest quality trade contractors.
A truly professional, knowledgeable and customer service team!

I was very happy with With the help I got at Tile town. I went in not really knowing what I wanted. My contractor and I had different ideas. The girl helped me choose a tile for my tub and floor that I am very happy with. They also helped me select the two grouts I required which is a bit stressful as we all know grout can make or break a tile job.

I recently dealt with Tile Town to finish a bathroom project. Joelle was extremely helpful and offered some nice tile combinations for our shower/bathroom. In fact we went with one of her suggestions. Looks awesome.

This is the second time I have shopped at Tile Town and both were great experiences. The first time I found fabulous tile for my kitchen and ran short when I increased the area to be tiled. The tile I had chosen was unusual, yet they managed to get the extra pieces I needed. I still love that tile and the impact it has on my kitchen. Today I wandered in to pick tile for a small bathroom and left with everything I needed. Service was great! I will be needing tile for another room soon and you can bet I'll be back at Tile Town!

EXCELLENT knowledge of products available, able and more importantly WILLING to source out whatever you can dream up. The staff at TileTown in Cloverdale are more than wonderful from the moment you walk in the door to the moment they load your car. Thankful I walked into this store - they found everything I needed and helped me the whole way through the process (where other stores turned me away and were unwilling to help me find what I was looking for!)

We had been to several tile places throughout the lower mainland. Finally we came to Tile Town where we were fortunate enough to meet Chelsea. She was patient, knowledgable and after several visits got us through the daunting experience, at least for us, of choosing our backsplash. At first I told her that her ideas didn't Wow me. I sure changed my tune! I will highly recommend this tile place to everyone. The entire staff is friendly and efficient which really helps! Thanks to them I could go forward with confidence.
