Was told "If you are seen with a different bucket, your days of berry-picking will be over". Extremely rude but gave me a good laugh afterwards.

Edit: Really appreciated the fact that the owners took the time to look into the situation and actually reached out privately to apologize, really impressed.

I Love this farm. I was reading some very negative posts regarding one of the staff. It's unfortunate that not everyone that gets hired is suitable for jobs that deal with the public., but make no mistakethis is not the 'norm'. This farm has had such a huge and positive impact on families coming out in the summer to experience the novelty of picking berries and enjoying the beautiful rural surroundings for many years. This farm has two processing plants that ship berries around the world, it purchases berries from local farmers and provides summer jobs for students. There is always someone that is not going to be happy about something. Sometimes it's just as little as being out of bounds in the clearly marked area. Don't let the little things get to you. This is an awesome place to bring your family.

We go every year for the last 20 at least, but this will be the last. The owner was rude and very short when I tried to politely talk to her about the way she had treated my children whom might I add had mistakenly walked out of bounds to pick rasberries as they did not know. So instead of saying hey guys you need to stay over there she yell at them to get out of that field. I was told quite simple to go find my berries somewhere else if I didn't like it. It was made quite clear this woman truly does not care about her customers. I would definitely not recommend this Farm to anybody

Do you even know what you are talking aboutI think not my children are in there late teens and were with a parent, I had already paid for the berries before talking to you or I would not have waisted my money at your farm. I did not yell it at you but simply told you out of courtesy that I would be giving you a bad review I just find that somebody with a farm like yours would find the decency of customer service but as expected the way you would talk to my children why would it be any different talking to me. It is quite evident you don't care about your customers or your customer service as I had stated before I will not be recommending your farm to anybody I know.

We took our young family of 4 to Driediger Farms for the second time this week for u-pick berries. We come here every summer for berries, and I have always been happy with the experience, price, and product. This year is no different :-)

I was actually very surprised to read all the negative reviews. We've always found the staff to be very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The berries were delicious, and today especially, the bushes were so full of berries, we barely had to move to fill our buckets. We also bought peaches from the market, which were delicious. We will be back for more!

When we went the first time this year, we were a little surprised that you had to use their buckets instead of bringing our own as we did in the past. However, the deal that day was $15 for the bucket as full as you could fill it, and they allowed you to mix raspberries and blueberries. It actually worked out to be cheaper per pound than it had in previous years. Our family ate the berries (and lots of them) all week long, which is pretty good for $15. We have also been told that when we return on Monday or Tuesday in the following weeks, we can bring the buckets we purchased and fill them for only $10. Amazing deal!!

Went to pick raspberries with my daughter this week for the first time. We've been to the market before and enjoyed browsing at the nice selection of kitchen items and great selection of food. We've purchased lots of berries already picked but have never picked them ourselves. It was greatthe raspberries were huge and plentiful. Was able to fill the the cute bucket in no time.you can get one for $4 then just reuse it anytime you come back to the farm! Fun in the sun :) Thanks Driediger Farms Marketwe will be back!

When I paid for a flat of raspberries and a bucket of peas, the clerk tucked the receipt into the box. As I was walking out to my car, a gust of wind blew the receipt out of the box, I tried to grab it, tripped over the uneven gravel, and dumped the entire flat of raspberries on the ground. 2 kind customers came and helped me pick up the mess. I went back with the raspberries and told the supervisor what happened and she said, if you leave that flat behind, I will give you another one for $30. That means I would have paid $70 for a flat of raspberries. Nice! I kind of thought they might write off the flat, give me a fresh one, and throw the dirty, mushed berries away, or at least throw in a couple of fresh little boxes as a gesture of goodwill. Great customer service! I used to buy all my strawberries and raspberries there and I will never, ever go back.

I came to Driediger Farms Market for blue berries and got a great deal! I also came out with corn and nugget potatoes; it was delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful! I will for sure be coming back.

I've been to many farms in the north delta area where I live, but I still choose to travel to Driediger farms because of the amazing experience. The staff are continuously friendly and helpful. The market has tons of fresh produce and berries, for great deals! I'm definitely coming back.

My family loves this place. If you want to pick berries yourself this is the place for you, the prices are amazing. If you want to buy them without the hard work then this is also the place for you. I like shopping here and they are always friendly and helpful.
