When I went to pick up my car, there was a misunderstanding around a work order that was not authorized. I had made the mistake of not carefully reading what I had signed, despite what I had understood from my discussion with the estimator.
I felt that Carl (owner) and his staff were excellent in resolving this misunderstanding.
The work they did on my car is perfect, and they really looked after me with their service. I won't hesitate to return when I need autobody work in the future.

I have visited this shop twice. I don't think this shop deserve such a good rating at all.

The first time I brought my car to Maximum Collision without shopping around and and paid $1500. People told me the price is too crazy to fix a wheel but since I paid it already, I don't want to overthink it.

The 2nd time I hit my rear left lights, Maximum quote me at $1200. Again people told me the price is insane. So I shopped around and other shops quote me at $500-$700. Eventually I was able to have my car fixed and only paid $520.

I don't know why this shop ripped me off? Could it because I'm a new drive that doesn't know much about the car? or I'm an international student that don't know much about the local market?

AVOID this shop if you don't have much experience. Shop around and find an honest one.

After a Hit&Run, Dropped by at Maximum Collision: couldn't get any better service!
Even a courtesy car was ready right away!
They kept me posted regarding the major fix that had to be done.
Worth every penny! and helped me out with ICBC - and what to do.
Fixed my car!!! and its now better than it was!
My biggest complain: they did an amazing cleaning job!
Its cleaner than when I bought it at the dealership.
Such helpful people! and the best craftsmanship I have experienced!
