I've been going to Butch brake and Muffler at surrey location for more then a decade. I must say, finding a great mechanic is almost impossible..but I found one!! First of all, this is a family own business and I love to support small businesses vs franchises. Every time when I walk through the doors, I know that I will be greeted with a positive attitude regardless what my gender is. I've always left Butches, satisfied with the service they have provided. I recommend them in a heartbeat.

The service was 5 starts, They phone me to let me know what was going on with my car, I could choose to fixe it. I have been trying to solve the some problem for several month, at Butchs they found the problem in minutes. My car has been amazing since then. I highly recommend this shop. - very personal service.

I bought a Mazda off of them and they took the time to make sure it was in perfect running condition. When I needed an oil change and tune up they did a full check of the car to make sure it was still up to par great service and supportive staff.

I had just bought a (used) 2007 Ram 1500 from a dealer in Burnaby. My exhaust broke off at the clamp forward of the muffler. I took it into Butches to get a quote and see if they could reweld it. Less than 2 hours later I was on my way. Very good service, nice staff. I will be getting custom exhaust in the future and I will get it done at Butches.

I was having serious issues with my car. All I needed to do was call them and a tow truck was on the way. They fixed my motor and everything has been fine since. They call and remind me to get fluids checked at the appropriate times. I lock my keys in the car and I make a phone call and they send out a tow truck to help me open the car up.
I don't know what I would do with out them. Other people always try to get me to go to different places.
I smile and say no thank you I have Butches Brake and Muffler. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are in Business.
They are my go to people for my Car.

I work across the street at the court house and I can drop my car off for a full service and it is done by lunch time. They are great at diagnosing any crazy issue I have had and are super reasonable with their rates. I never question the bill and with previous experience, know that I am getting a great deal. I have been a long standing customer for years. The owners are so reliable and very personable. The most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I get options after the diagnosis and I am in control of the decisions for my repair. When I drop my car off I have absolute trust in their work. I wish every customer experience was like this.
