Had my windshield replaced, the overall product and service was awesome. Being in the hospitality industry, service is a huge consideration, from the phone call talking to Susan, to Mike the glass tech to the actual owner Mike..this was a five star service that I have not experienced from any other car repair company. Impressive and very much appreciated, solid common sense to take care of the customer.

Had my nissan fixed after someone hit and ran my car. The service was absolutely excellent. They did an absolutely amazing job, it looks better than before the accident. They even cleaned out the inside of the car. I definitely recommend using their services!

Great service, highly accommodating and very professional. Mike and his staff are my "go to" for body work and all icbc claims. They have award winning service and I strongly reccomend them.

To get into an accident during the holidays is frustrating in your fav automobile, but I'm writing a review because of the professional and great customer service I got from this place! You know when an owner is invested in his customers. From opening up and personally coming to get me a replacement vehicle on Christmas Eve to giving me constant updates due to delay in parts was just above and beyond! Thanks mike
I received my vehicle in new condition considering when I was hit there was coffee everywhere and everything upside down ! I hope no one gets into an accident but if you need your vehicle repair professionally handled I would call these guys . I'm thinking just coming back to get my vehicles detailed!

This shop is always striving to keep their customers happy when all work has been completed. I've had several cars with body work repair and they always came back as good as new :)

I came in for one type of repair and then I noticed scratches under the bumper. I asked them if they could also add that to the list of work. He advised me that they see scratches all the time in that area and he told me that even though he would love to have the work, he advised me to check with the owner of the car and make sure that those scratches were not there already before committing to the repair of $500. It turns out that I did not make those scratches and they saved me the cost of the repair by being so professional and looking after me despite the prospect of an easy sale. I recommend the shop for professionalism and trustworthiness.
