My experience at Maple Ridge Hyundai was excellent. The thought and care that Brent put into finding me the right vehicle was that of true knowledge and understanding. I felt like I was dealing with a family member as he took my needs and wants very seriously and was able to find the best vehicle for me. Brent and the team made it very easy and comfortable for my husband and I to purchase my vehicle while being able to stay within our budget. I recently bought my 2017 Tucson from this dealership and I must say that my sales rep, Marcus Pinto did a wonderful job from beginning till the end of the final sale. He explained everything thoroughly and true with his word about other details promised to close the sale. He also welcomed any other queries even after the transaction. I've been in twice for service since, and I must say even the Service Department has given me satisfaction, so far. I hope this continues as long as I own my Tucson. I would highly recommend Hyundai Maple Ridge. My experience was fast and efficient. There was no time wasted getting me into the SUV I've always wanted. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and I could not be any happier. I was referred to Adam Buckley and had a very positive, enjoyable experience. Adam is personable friendly and funny.not your typical "car salesman"
I had the pleasure of also meeting Scott during the purchase, he made sure I was well taken care of. Even the finance department was amazing. See Karen, she is great at what she does.

Recently purchased a Sonata and was very pleased with our salesman Michael Tuzzi. He took his time in getting an understanding of what we were looking for and got us the best deal. Buying a car should be stressful, agonizing and uncertain, and doing all the buying online, without even a test drive should make it even more so - well it isn't at Maple Ridge Hyundai, and that's what makes this dealership unique!

Not being at the dealership turned out as simple and pleasant as buying a cup of good coffee and a fresh croissant - and about as difficult, what can I say, simply the best. My salesperson, Brent, found the car that suited my needs and budget, and the finances to complete, handled by Steve, made the purchase a breeze. I did research to compare models and prices, and when I was ready, a few phone calls, a few texts, and presto, a beautiful, new and must say surprisingly nimble and sporty Elantra GT was waiting for me to pick up when I arrived in Vancouver a few weeks later.

From the cheerful greetings at reception, to the smiles from all the staff, and finally to the helpful insurance rep, waiting for me at the dealership, made my experience a stress-free, happy occasion - and I'm in retail; I notice the small things that separate great from even good - well done all, you can work for me anytime!

I have two teenage boys that have their L and N and wanted to get a safe reliable second car. Brent was very helpful. No pressure sales. I went to quite a few different dealerships before i went to Maple Ridge Hyundai. I must say out of all of them, dealing with Maple Ridge Hyundai was the best! Our family friend Brent helped me get into the vehicle i absolutely love! He let my husband and i take the car for a decent road test compared to most dealerships where they want you to take a little loop around the block. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly suggest if your in the market for a Car or SUV to go and check out Maple Ridge Hyundai. We bought our Santa Fe at Maple Ridge Hyundai and had a great experience. We dealt with Brent. He is very personable and gave us a great deal on our car right off the top. Once we got through all the paperwork and finally got to get in the car, he spent time going through all the buttons, etc and paired my phone. I even received a follow up email offering a home visit to my house all the way in Port Moody if I needed any help setting up Apple Car Play or my garage door opener with Homelink. Brent really went above and beyond. We would definitely purchase a Hyundai there again and would send any friends interested in a Hyundai out there as well. Its a bit of a drive but worth your while.

I recently purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Sport through Maple Ridge Hyundai and am very satisfied with the purchase. I dealt with Brent, who was very easy to work with through the entire process. I appreciated his sales approach, which was quite different than the experience I had at another dealership where it felt like I was going to have to fight to make a deal work. And I was able to do the majority of the deal over the phone and email!

Once we reached a deal and I went to finalize the purchase in person and pick up the vehicle I found all of the staff very friendly and I never felt pressured. I was greeted by the sales manager and owner, which was a nice touch as well. Brent made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and helped get me familiarized with all of the features and technology on the vehicle before I left.
