I have been going to Pure Life for several years now. I have gone through a few physiotherapists at this location and I currently see Venkat. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Pure Life has all the newest physiotherapy equipment and a great gym to help speed up the recovery process!

Not sure if I was just unlucky with my extreme hip pain, but I won't be back there again. Place is clean, well organized and professionally administrated.
Clinically though, after I spent the whole assessment session with the therapist only listening, except for a couple of stretches range of motion measurements that she did; the session was ended that she will check with her senior because she is unable to diagnose. I wasn't happy, especially she did not do any of the diagnosis tests to assess but merely listened; but I appreciated her for being frank. I knew by the way what was my injury from my doctor and chiropractor but this is my way to know if the therapist is worth the money, to let them identify it themselves to trust their experience.
Came back for the treatment session a week later, I asked before we start if she figured out what is the injury that she is going to treat, she said she didn't have a chance to check. Here I lost all credibility because she was starting a treatment session without even knowing what to treat. I refused to pay for a random heat therapy or pulse massage session, because I do this at home already. I came to a specialist to tell me what and where my injury is and focus on it, not to repeat the symptoms I say.
She respectfully agreed and sent me a senior who was available. He was like he will redo the assessment without me paying for full assessment (which is 7$ more than treatment session). I didn't like this either and said it that I already paid for the assessment and it is unfair. After a couple of discussions, he said he organized it with front desk that this session will be free re-assessment and accordingly I will book a new treatment session, which also is appreciated. His assessment though was a couple of examinations and he came up with a conclusion that was wrong, and said will prepare a treatment plan for next time. Then i told him where the injury is, he simply agreed and said he will prepare then the treatment plan for this new diagnosis. I hated the commercial attitude and requested the relevant diagnosis tests. He said next session because he is busy. I requested , the first therapist to do it so that we will call the assessment completed. He went to talk to her and came back himself and did 4 tests in a minute and said 2 of them are positive then we are all done it is confirmed.
Having been dealing with tens of therapists for several injuries for the last 20 years, I lost all credibility of the location. It is, in my opinion, one of those commercial therapists that was initiated probably by a good therapist, then to expand he hired many unqualified therapists for the $ without even supervising what they do in details.

My son had an injury which resulted in a dislocation of his shoulder. We had a couple of appointments but then due to covid we had a couple of virtual appointments. What was most impressive was when we asked for a shoulder brace. We kept in touch with a gentleman who responded very quickly to emails and provided with websites that was best suited for the type of injury my son endured. The brace was delivered in a timely manner. My son in impressed with the brace. The fitting, style and comfort is perfect. thank you PureLife
