My heating stopped working in the winter on a weekend and had some other company come by to check what the issue was. Turned out the gas valve was the issue and needed to be replaced. So I asked around for some quotes and CHC was the only company that gave me a reasonable quote and turnaround time. They came the next morning and even picked up the part for free which was super nice. Installation didn't take long and was good.. Very professional and honest folks.

From my initial contact with Shawn in sales, to the installation by Dean, I felt that City Home Comfort was absolutely superb from start to finish! Although I chose to buy new equipment (their service and warranty provisions are excellent), I felt absolutely no pressure from Shawn, who also provided me with a very competitive quote to repair my existing furnace, if I'd chosen to go that route. And, in this crazy world of pandemic, I also appreciated that Dean was totally up to speed on health and safety precautions - I was impressed that, as a matter of course, City Home Comfort have their technicians tested for COVID. I hope that these words of mine can provide some assurance to those who are wondering what to do. Heating and air-conditioning can be very confusing but, I found, City Home Comfort helps to make things clearer - an A+ experience!
