  Defiantly a dealership worth checking out if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle. Great sales team and amazing service done in a timely manner. Loving my new charger daytona sold to me by Rachael!

  It would be a good experience if the vehicle service section listened to the customer. Sometimes the customer is right when it comes to what their vehicle needs. I had great dealings with the sales team though!

  Horrible customer service! Purchased a new $50,000 truck that needs warranty work done and nobody calls back to follow up and get issues resolved! Has been 6 months now offer great price on new vehicles compared to other dealerships, but service when you have problems just is not there oh and waiting 4h for oil changes are not fun either!

  Just bought a van from Bill F. What a great guy.very nice, down to earthand treated this female buyer with respect!! As you know many places take advantage of women. Not here!!! Bill and the team in Finance (James).were very efficient and professional. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.I have to wait a few days due to damage that happened on the lot. Will definitely return there for my next vehicle!!

  Worst service I have ever received. Took my wife's two month old jeep in to replace a headlight that was filling with condensation. They picked it up from her work and said it would be done by 430 when she was done work. No call by 5pm and everyone had left so she was stuck at work. I had to drive back into Windsor to pick her up. Next day they called and said they weren't even going to replace the bulb because it's a common problem with the Jeep Cherokee, for some reason they couldn't figure that out before taking the vehicle in.

  My sales rep (George Bakic) was very helpful in understanding my family vehicle needs and keeping me within my budget. Great experience and we are very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend seeing George when you go there.

  Service is extremely poor. I've taken my vehicle their several times to have recalls completed and they said they would call back. MONTHS later, I never received a call and the notices just kept building up. During one occasion, the recall involved an alternator, never heard back from there and my car had died on the road. After having it towed there, they were able to rectify the recall with a replacement within several hours. After that, I took my vehicle to another Chrysler dealership that had me serviced promptly for subsequent recalls.

  This place beats any of the Chrysler places in or around Essex county! Is so Manny ways, i would strongly recommend going here first.
  Just to give you an idea of how good "Provincial Chrysler" is, i am from the Leamington area and i have no problem with making the 45 minute trip there as i know that they will be more then fair and do the best job possible!.
