  I would never create a poor review over a fluke incident. Occasionally mistakes are made in the restaurant industry. But I have had three poor showings, and have committed myself to avoiding them. I will say that they have a unique architecture and a unique demographic. You can't say anything bad about that. Unfortunately, I have gotten the poor end of service.
  
  a tl;dr on what went wrong:
  1. I was seated and forgotten. We waited 25 minutes before we decided to just leave (not busy-->1 of 2 tables)
  2. Another occasion, skunky beer.
  3. Rude customer service (was very busy to be slightly fair)
