Horrible place! Dr.O ( can't spell her name). was rude, and said no, she did not want to help me. Won't go there again! I can see why there's room for new patients, no one goes there!

I had a really good experience here this time. The new receptionist is really good. Last receptionist was rude. Dr Armstrong helped me understand my problem in detail.
I had appointment at 2pm but had to wait for 20 minutes which is okay for me. Becuase Dr was already seeing a kid.
I would totally recommend this place. Walk in patients have to wait a lot because Dr will only see them after seeing the patients with appointments. So, be prepared for waiting if you don't have appointment.

Horrible service my doctor was no help at all! She didn't even sit in the room 5 mins after I waited almost 2 hours when Noone was there! She is not a doctor .

So so slow service!!! I booked an apt at noon for 4:30 and we came at 4:30 but wait for 2 hours! Totally mismanaged clinic ! But the pizza next door is good though.

This place is the place you go when you have no other. They will book a apt. But you will still wait 2-4 hrs very bad service they woild rather go home then help you. I would not go here unless you have nowhere else to go

This place isn't a WALK-IN clinic. I went in there and wanted from 10am to 12 pm (2 hours) without ever seeing the doctor. This has got to be the WORST MISMANAGED clinic in the entire city. I finally got fed up of waiting without any response and told them to cancel everything. I'm sure they most likely sent in an office visit bill for my time there. I'll never go to this place again, what a total ripoff..!!!
