They bid up their own vehicles. If you watch this place weekly you will see some vehicles sell cheep with no reserve, then the next week the exact same vehicle with a reserve and that same vehicle will keep recycling through for weeks before selling. Seems fishy to me. Most auction yards have strict policies on this. Not these guys.

Very horrible customer service in the store, and not suggesting any family with young kids to go. First time being there with my kids, a lady approached my boy very rudely when he was holding a book that we were about to buy, and told my son he could not touch it before it's got paid. Never heard in the whole life that the stuff cannot be checked before being purchased. Especially the 3 year old boy was scared and cried hard when being treated as that rude!!!! Never gonna go back!!!

You get the odd deal but nothing like it was in the past. Ever since they started advertising like crazy you get a lot of new people who don't know what stuff costs and they go over what's it's worth new with Warrenty.

Hit and miss. Sometimes you can find good deals, but you must be aware of retail pricing to tell. Kitchen is dirty, and i have seen mice.

These people need a lesson in manners and should also at least test their products before lying right to our faces. Just purchased a vacuum from there only to bring it home and find that it's broken. I called and wanted to see if I could at least get a credit there and while I was sitting on the phone I can hear someone who I assume is, the manager, swearing and saying that we were f*%king dropping it all over the parking lot. So the lady proceeds to tell me that this was our actions. I told her I used a cart to take my vacuum because I had purchased several items. Then she says was your husband wearing white pants and I said, no blue jeans, and I informed her that there were 2 other vacuums purchased that were exactly the same, so she obviously had us mixed up with a different person. They then told me to take it to a store to be fixed. What a joke that place is, along with their crappy staff! All I say is Buyer Beware!!! I will be sure to let everyone know how horrible the service was!
