Staff was good and friendly. Not a fan of all the fees. Just wanted to make sure my dog was okay. Ended up with a quote for service , it's a pet not a car the final bill was less than the quote only because I didn't get a bunch of unnecessary test done.

Cumberland Vet is a super vet clinic! They look after both our dogs and cats, and have for years. They're friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. They have reasonable prices, and always go that extra mile. They have information nights every so often about topics like dental care, parasites, senior care, etc that are free to attend and really helpful and interesting. Great vets!

The receptionist here are amazing. Along with their vets and everything else in between. They've been taking care of my first cat and now they'll be taking care of the second. Always top notch service, they're not here for ALL the money. They genuinely care for animals, I would recommend this place without hesitation!

Dr. Terri Chotowetz is among the best of all veterinarians we have seen in Canada and the USA - if not the best. She treats holistically, thinks outside the box, always calls to follow up (rather than never returning calls,) and doesn't try to grab for money by finding the best and most economical solution after correct diagnoses (unlike other vets we have seen - and said goodbye to - who have created more problems for more money). She genuinely cares and she treats the animal and the family.

I went through here going across country and they made time for me and were so very compassionate toward my old cat. You can tell they love animals and treat each case with sympathy and care. Everything was explained to me and I was shown how to administer the medications my furry friend needed. They called to check up on the little guy 2-3 times before the trip was done. Truly excellent care and a place I would not hesitate to bring my animals again if it was in closer proximity. Saskatoon animals are lucky to have this vet and its respective caregivers and veterinarians. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Our dogs love going there even when they know they're getting shots or, recently, an excision with frequent follow up visits with an eventual revision and re-closure of the wound. We received follow up calls each time and the staff and vets treat us like people who care about their pets, not just customers. Have had to put two dogs down and that's never a great experience, but we felt comfortable doing it there.

The staff at the clinic are knowledgeable, compassionate and very professional. They work with owners to ensure the best health of the pets they see. One thing that I have always appreciated is that they provide options and let owners be part of the care and treatment plan.

Cumberland Vet Clinic always went the extra mile every time we took our bulldog there. Right from when she was 8 weeks old to when she passed away, Cumberland's team were so caring, and were always so accommodating. Thanks Cumberland team for being a great part of my dog's life, and being such an awesome clinic. I will continue to recommend you to everyone. Front staff are amazing, and I recommend Dr. Chotowetz for anyone with bulldogs, she really knows their specific health care needs.
