I recently took the accounting diploma course at Saskatoon Business College. I enjoyed my time at SBC greatly. I found both the classes & the course load challenging, but all the teachers were very approachable with any questions or concerns you had. One of the reasons I chose Saskatoon Business College was because it was a smaller college; you could get more personalized attention, if you needed it. This was not an easy course, by any means. However, I believe anyone with a skill for math and computers would be able to attain this diploma if they put the time into it. By being one of the top graduates of my class, I was able to secure a job almost a month before my course ended. Approximately six months after graduation, almost all of my classmates have found jobs in the accounting profession.

If there was a zero star option I would give them zero stars. This school is unprofessional and not geared towards students who actually want to learn and not just sit around all day. I have had a very poor experience with this school and it seemed like a money grab. I highly highly reccomend looking into other options sucks as SaskPolytechnic or University of Saskatchewan, anywhere but this school.

Great place. I took a couple of corporate courses in Adobe and the instructor was very knowledgeable. I learned a lot of great tools that I can now apply to my job. Highly recommend the Corporate Training programs for businesses or individuals looking to enhance their knowledge and skills.

I have no idea why anyone is reviewing this institution poorly.

I had instructors and owners checking on me and my progress constantly, and it showed that they truly cared about my education and progress. I didn't have a single bad class, and I was able to get a job almost immediately after graduation.

I had only been in Saskatoon for four months when somebody recommended SBC to me. As a new immigrant at the time, i was worried about acceptance and how i will fit in but the diversity and the warmth the school exudes quickly allayed all my fears. It was easy to learn in an environment that was safe, non-discriminatory and non-threatening. My instructors were very vast in knowledge, friendly, helpful, and always available. I found the course content very relevant and i got a job offer two weeks after my final results were released. I am also honored to be the proud recipient of the Administrative Assistant Award for 2016 - 2017 academic year. The ultimate decision to succeed was up to me as the student. I had a drive and a hunger to succeed and SBC fanned the flames.

Money is their main and only priority, and it shows. They don't care about their graduates at all and have no interest in helping anyone. Charging fees for getting used textbooks, their business program requires you to buy way more textbooks than you could ever need, and their instructors are old fashioned and extremely picky with marking, for example, deducting marks for spelling on an accounting final and failing you by 2 marks for those spelling mistakes. Their "degrees" are barely even recognized by employers and other educators. Don't waste your time with SBC, go to Saskpolytech or the UofS.
