  George and his team just finished a job in our 95 year old house and we are VERY happy with their work. They did the bottom and top floors, including the stairs. They even did the railings! Our floors look brand new., despite being the original floor boards. They were punctual, reliable, very friendly and respectful and always very helpful and mindful. They left no mess, minimal dust. They came in, started work right away and finished within the time he had told us. No surprises or delays. Our entire house was 100% complete within one week. George was always prompt in replying to any texts/questions I had and followed through on any requests or concerns. He seems like a kind man, good to his staff and he likes dogs! What is there not to like about him. I would not hesitate recommending Xilo to do your floors. In fact, I have already recommended them to 4 friends/family members!

  George and his team did a really good job on our floors. We were very inexperienced and he took his time to answer our questions and give us information to make decisions on what type of finish we should choose.
  
  The work finished on schedule and we're very happy with the result.
  
  Throughout the whole process, George was very responsive which we appreciated.

  The price was fair, the job started and finished on time, even a bit earlier. And most importantly, the quality of work is to our full satisfaction.

  George, because of you no one is ever coming to my house again! I'm not ruining my floors!! You knew exactly what would look best in our home, and you completely transformed it. What a difference!   I was referred to this company by several people that have gotten work done by them. Over the phone, I had sent pictures of my floors to get an estimate, George insisted to come see our home to give us the right estimate.
  
  On the day of the estimation, what took me back and I appreciate is that George gave several suggestions on where I can save money, gave me several ideas and what is worth or not worth doing. He also explained in details what can work and cannot work for my type of floors. He didn't try "selling" me on a look I wanted, if it couldn't be done.
  
  I must say, George is a very patient individual. He always answered my questions and also tried his best to provide a visual as an example so it can help me understand better. (** I had lots of questions - he is definitely very patient).
  
  We are incredibly happy with this company. This team did a great job! George was very reassuring when I wasn't sure at times and I'm glad we trusted him. He definitely knows his types of woods, how to clean them afterwards and if there is anything not to hesitate and give him a call for the future. I would definitely recommend this company.
