My partner and I were first-time homebuyers and had a ton of questions about the properties, process and all the details. Richard was there for us through the whole journey and helped us with every step of it. He has a ton of connections in various areas and was able to recommend to us great mortgage broker and a notary. Buying a home could be a challenging and stressful process but with Richard's help it was as smooth as it could have been. Thank you Richard for all your help! We highly appreciate it! Like Psychology, Real Estate can be both an art and a science. For Richard, it is the science of keen monitoring of market trends and MLS, and a set of best practice strategies for winning with marketing and timing. Richard's marketing plan was both proactive and dynamic; he had a well reasoned strategy to start which could be modified along the way.
Real estate is the largest investment that most of us make. Richard was able to lead us in a direction that maximized our investment gains. Richard helped us buy at a great price and sell at a great price, and now we have a great property with a great lifestyle included. This was a complex transaction; Richard delivered what we hadn't thought possible.

In an industry where authenticity is hardly a stock-in-trade, Richard distinguishes himself first and foremost by his character. He is, moreover, an extremely knowledgeable Vancouver realtor. From the macroeconomic factors that influence the market to the local dynamics that determine deals, he has a comprehensive understanding of real estate. We could not have had a better guide and companion in seeking out and buying our westside Vancouver townhouse. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Richard is a true professional. He has a calm and friendly demeanour, which helps make him a great agent that puts people at ease. He is a true professional and very thorough. Richard is an expert in evaluating condos in Westside Vancouver as he has an innate ability to make the adjustments to come to the correct valuation. This skill is truly exceptional and one that most agents do not have to this degree. I highly recommend Richard because I know they would be well take care of.

I hired Richard to sell our house in West Vancouver and he did an amazing thorough job! He got us multiple offers above and beyond of what we expected !!
