The new managers are implementing a ground-up upgrade of dock and shoreside facilities. The marina already boasts the only public shower and laundromat in Pender Harbour.

New, high-strength steel piles are being driven this fall to allow boats up to 100 feet to spend the winter months on A, B, and C docks in full safety during winter storms.

Shore power at the docks is currently being updated, and the facility will include 15A, 30A, and 50A power.

Feedback so far has been excellent and the improvements are highly appreciated by boaters.
