  Worst customer services ever, the night shift staff is very rude and ill-mannered. The managment should take notice.

  The worst car wash. If you want your car to be damaged and need a wheel alignment after then go through it.
  
  I've been using co op every since my incident and I will never look at the Petro Canada again for car wash or services.
  
  This isn't a complaint. This is to save someone time and money.

  Just washed at 9:30 on 08-12-2020, I showed to cashier and he replied while smiling that, this is the maximum cleaning that our car wash can do. you can clean at home with cloth :-P

  While getting my car washed there the car in front of me became stuck on a spare.tire that had been knocked off another car by the wash. The tracks carrying my car forward did not stop, and began forcing my car to hit the one in front of me over and over. This happened about 4 or 5 times. I was scared, honking my horn, trying to get them to stop.
  When the wash was finally shut off, the manager walked in, laughing, and explained what happened.
  There is damage to my car now that they claim they are not responsible for, as they do not bother watching the car wash cameras to make sure everything is running smoothly.
  I am shaken up, scared, and the manager had the nerve to laugh at me.

  Very congested place and they had no visible closed sign for mid night. I went once and found they locked all the hoses with small locks but all the lights in the premises seems like they were still open.

  Prompt service and regular gas prices although at night it can be someone intimidating because of the crowd. A bad bar is across the street (colonial)

  Staff are very nice but cheap as heck. The car wash is neat but misses a lot and is expensive. When you tell them and even show them the entire back half of the vehicle wasn't washed they don't care. No refunds. Stick to Golfs automatic or CoOp even tho they are slow. This one is a ripoff.

  Weird people working there!
  I call to ask how much a touchless carwash costs before going, and the guy answering the phone in East Indian accent says I can't discuss the price on the phone because of confidentiality!!!
  WTH!!
  He said you can come to the store to know the price and if I don't like the price then I can leave!!!

  Training and helping center for new immigrants. But the staff is always helpful. Even after mid night.
