Dawn was amazing to talk to and answered all my questions and was very friendly! I called in as a new owner and received paperwork that I had some questions with, wasn’t to sure about some of the paperwork. Dawn explained to me how to fill the paperwork out, informed me of the condo control center and answered all my other questions. She was super helpful and she said if I needed anything else she would be happy to try to help me.

I have used Simco management to take care of my condo as a rental. They took great care of my unit, handled all the financials and made me feel very comfortable. I have to add I moved from Calgary to Newfoundland 14 years ago and they have took care of it for most of those years. Heather the property manager was a pleasure and Coih in the financial department was amazing.

I really have to say I have had exceptionally great service from Dillon Kirkland with Simco Management(Calgary) Inc. I am a realtor with a listing in one of the complexes they manage and in working with him obtaining condo documents he has been very thorough, professional, very pleasant to talk with and responsive. It really makes our job that much easier with that kind of professionalism, respect and care! I would really recommend the Company and Dillon Kirkland!

I've been dealing with Chris H. and his team on one of the buildings Simco manages. I'm in real estate professionally and I cannot overstate how helpful, knowledgeable and prompt they've been at communicating. It's refreshing to get such a high level of service in a time sensitive way that is unparalled in the property management field. A million thank yous. Chris, you are gem.

Do not I repeat DO NOT rent or buy from a place that uses this company YOU WILL REGRET IT. Just buy what I’ve experienced and gone through. This company not only hates families but also hates children or at least any child that has any sort of toys that are used outside. They are trying to tell me that that I have to remove my child’s slides, bikes , & scooters that are sitting against my unit ( townhouse complex) out of the way and literally not bugging a single soul, because they don’t like the “look “ in a spot that has been deemed my “backyard” no less .

If you see this company attached to your rental or possible buy run for the hills as fast as you can !!!!!

As a member of a condo board, my expectation of a property manager is to guide our board with their expertise and to handle the business of managing our property in a way that satisfies our owners. Our manager, Barbara, is so knowledgeable, always handles all of our issues in a timely and professional manner, and her guidance is invaluable.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Simco. They never respond and I typically have to call and speak to a manager to have our property manager actually call me back. They don't seem to care at all about residence and only cater to the board members. I have had to deal with them in the past and now the present and It is horrible. They always place blame on something or someone other than themselves. It seems to be easier for them to blame the condo board than taking action themselves. I can't believe they are still in business because I know many many people that feel the same way. Cindy Taylor was ridicules and her replacement Barb Tomes is just as bad and has basically just blamed things on Cindy.
You should have an option for negative stars!!!!!

Terrible company, they are only interested in handing out fines. Wanted to go through the correct channels to get written approval for a small motorbike shelter to be placed in front of the unit for only 4-5 months out of be year (on our own walkway which is never used by anyone, nor does it impede the use of the walkway) and they flat out told me to remove it or ill get a fine. Wrote an email to them explaining the reasons I needed the the bike to be parked in its shelter, apologized for the situation and mentioned that I have no other options of where to park it and asked if there was any way to make this work for the both of us, all I got was a rude and scripted email back. Was told I had to park it in our tiny "two" car garage when we have a large truck and car which barely fit already. Would not move to a place that is owned by this company ever again. It would seriously be better to deal with a robot over these people, at least a robot may have more compassion. Renter/buyer beware.

Terrible "management" company. Flat out greedy, unfriendly and just interested in handing out fines. Just received a letter of revised bylaws of the building I own in. You now must book the elevator at a cost of $50 72 hours in advance if you want to move one ( that's right ONE) large household item in or out or face a $250 fine. That doesn't seem like management but more of wallet lining. If we are to find a great deal on a item of furniture at a 1 day only sale are we to just not buy it because a "management" company sees living a normal life as a fine worthy offense?

I have been dealing with Simco Management for over three years now, after dealing with a previous company. They have been great, and understanding. They look for the best possible resources to work with you. Linda Redwood was my main contact and over the years working with Linda I can really respect her and her job. She is patient and takes a lot on and does it well. She works well with the Board of Directors of the Condo, is professional, on time and courteous. Hats off to Linda for handling so many things well. The contractors respect her and have never said a bad word about her to me. She has a list of amazing people she works with she is communicative and easy to get along with. Linda was the main reason I joined our condo board as I knew with her we would have excellent direction and a team environment. Linda strives to achieve many things working with a Board of a Condo and is a excellent representation for the company. Above anyone I would highly recommend her at Simco Management Inc. Thank you Linda for the excellent Service.

Being a member on the Board of our Homeowner's Association has given me the pleasure of dealing with Simco Management for the past six years. I find that our managers (we've had two) are very knowledgeable, respectful and easy to approachforming a positive working relationship. If there is a problem they do their best to solve it. They reply quickly to emails/phone messages and situations are handled in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

When our Board was looking to replace our management company it was important to ensure that the PM had not only the breadth of knowledge that the Board would need to make informed business decisions but also that the company had strong leadership and support services. As a former PM at Simco, I knew that whether I was on the Board or not the condominium , would be in very capable hands with Simco. Management. In my experience as both a former employee and a Board President Simco Management is very well run and has a genuine interest in it's clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at moving their business to them.

This is the worst company ever to rent from!!!!! They are all about the land owner and that's why they only have positive reviews on here from them. I rented 4 rental units before this one and this has to be the worst company to deal with. If you are looking to rent a place, a would recommend avoiding this company. They are extremely difficult to deal with and will try anything to get more money from you. If you blindly rent a place like me, take a million pictures when moving in!!!! They will sucker you for everything to pay for extreme cleaning to be done. I spent hours cleaning before move in as the place was a mess(holes in wall, paint gone, scratches, dirty bathroom, kitchen , stove, carpets were a mess and large outer black stain). Then hours when I left, they looked in every dark hole in the room to spot one impossibly dirty thing and charge you $300 dollars to clean the place, which I DOUBT THEY DO if I moved into a place that dirty! They take a million pictures when moving out to scam you as they don't when moving in. I've never been charged for cleaning a unit before, 4 to be exact. I spend hours cleaning a place because I am a clean person. These guys charged me 386 dollars for 3 hours of cleaning and carpet cleaning. Which BTW had black stains around the outer edge moving in. I thought their personnel moving me in noted that apparently NOT!!!!! LIKE I SAID AVOID IF YOU ARE TENANT!!!! And they're rep. makes you feel good as he explains the worst case apartment dirtiness saying this place is so much cleaner when moving out. Then he charges you 386 dollars. So this company is horrible and money grabbers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
