Roof repair quote was provided in a timely manner. Repair was not completed on the scheduled day by the two employees who came. Not sure of the reason. Completion of repair was re-scheduled for about a week later and completed by one staff member. Took quite awhile with only one person. Photos were taken and of the needed repairs and included in the quote and photos of completed repairs sent prior to receiving the invoice.

Used Epic to replace shingles on my roof. I had a great experience working with this group and team from quote to completion. They were honest with pricing, respectable and professional every step of the way. The crew that came in were great too. They kept in contact and respected our neighbours in this too. Can't say the same for other roofers used in the neighbourhood.

The process from start to finish was smooth with Epic Roofing & Exteriors. Detailed plans, and documents were issued. Parker was very easily to deal with. Email communication was prompt and they kept me up date on the whole process. The roofers even found a vent that was completely covered over, causing me condensation issues and fixed it correctly without hesitation. The roofers were thorough and professional. This wasn’t a insurance claim, and the cost was out of pocket. The pricing wasn’t the cheapest, but neither the most expensive in my research. It was fair. All questions/concerns I had were addressed and explain in layman’s terms, lol. I’d happily recommend them.

I had a great experience with Epic Roofing from the initial quote to the final repair of the roof on my house. The quote was delivered within a day of my call and it was a very reasonable estimate. They repaired my roof the very next day. They are polite, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend Epic Roofing's team of professionals for roofing jobs, as they do excellent work.

Now six month later we had another strong wind and my roof was damaged. "EPIC" team came again to rescue us. My opinion about this company didn't change. They have friendly, polite, and helpful customer service, and very efficient and professional workers. Thank you Travis. Thank you guys. You are the best. Your work is highly appreciated.

From start to finish, we were extremely pleased with their professionalism and work ethics. We were kept informed in every step of the way. There were no surprises or hidden costs. We were so impressed with Epic Roofing we would recommend them over any other company in and around Calgary. We live in the NE of Calgary that was hit hard last fall with hail damage. Throughout the fall, winter and spring, we watched as almost every house in the surrounding mile radius from my home had contractors set up and begin working on homes. They all seemed to take weeks to complete the work needed, with bins on driveways, scaffolding erected for weeks, shingle and siding littered the property. Epic roofing had our roof replaced, siding fixed, facia and spouts replaced within a couple of days. They did a great job with very little inconvenience to us. Bin was on the driveway for a day, I think I found 1 nail after but not sure if it was even from our house. We HIGHLY recommend Epic for their professionalism and work ethics. We are Very happy with the choice we made to go with Epic. If you want the job done right and efficiently, you need not look anywhere else. We had called Epic roofing to come in and replace any old/damaged shingles since building our house 16 -1/2 years ago. (Figure it's best to do a little at a time to budget our cost rather than do a whole new roof all at once if it is not really needed). They gave us a simple laid out quote and explained what they needed to do and were easy to deal with via email communication. They were honest in letting us know our roof was actually in great shape considering the age and did not need too many bundles to replace the current shakes. They did mention however that our particular shakes are not used anymore, thus they replaced with cedar shakes which is acceptable (different color but will blend in eventually.) They did come back a second time when we saw our small cantilever roof was missed (not a big area) and happily replaced what was needed there. The workers were very nice and professional (not that you had to be home at the time of the work being done.) I would highly recommend them and will use them again next time it's time to 'check over' the state/condition of our roof for the next budgeted rainy day. Thank you Epic!

Epic Roofing delivered outstanding service after a recent windstorm blew shingles off my roof. Jadon from Epic came out within a day and repaired the area that had blown off using perfectly matched shingles. He also inspected the entire roof and secured any shingles that were loose. He took the time to explain everything he did, and showed me pictures of the roof to illustrate his points. I truly appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Epic - I came away from the experience feeling that this is a company that has brought back true customer service!

Excellent from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with at this company was extremely professional. Their quotes are well laid out and clearly written. They take photos before and after their work. We had our roof re-done, the cleanup was impeccable and the workmanship was really good.

I am really pleased with the work that Epic has done on my house. I have actually used them twice over the past two years as a result of hail storm damage. Both times they were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone I dealt with from the office to the crews at my house were helpful and considerate. I would recommend them without hesitation!

We researched many Calgary roofing companies on various sites and landed on Epic due to all the great reviews. We were extremely pleased with the folks who came and did our estimate, Ira our project coordinator and Jeff and his crew who installed our roofing.

I can't stress enough how well the job was done and have to commend Jeff and his team. They treated us great and were awesome to deal with. Answered all my questions and showed me the work as it progressed. Visually the new roof looks awesome and is a top notch install. An example of their honesty was when a roof vent was missing in the supplied materials. I would have never known if they simply reinstalled an old one. They were forthright and told me one was missing and they needed to get a new one. It was delivered and installed the next morning. A small example I know, but a sign of a top company and crew. If you need a roof these are the folks to use. And ask for Jeff to do it..
